Which is better, management or administration? Explain in detail.
I do not consider that one is better than the other, as the video mentions, both complement each other, without management there is no organization and without administration there is no management.
Each one is in charge of different tasks but ultimately both have the objective of meeting the company's goals. Management seeks to achieve the objectives by making use of the resources provided to it, complying with the policies established by the administration.
The administration elaborates the policies considering what is best for the organization, not for a single work group but for everyone to benefit, likewise, it takes care of everyone and provides them with the resources that each one needs.

I agree with you. To manage is to plan actions to achieve the objectives and to manage is to put it into operation.
ReplyDeleteI liked the comparative table that you did because graphically and widely reflects the differences between these concepts
ReplyDeleteI also think they're complementary to each other and at the end of the day, both Administration and Management, have the same goal which is ensuring the company is strong and successful, so they work together.
ReplyDeleteThe information is very clear and even more so in the way the differences are put. And I think the same thing, both concepts complement each other, the go hand in hand because they work together
ReplyDeleteI agree with you about not considering management or administration more important than the other one, both are interdependent.
ReplyDeleteI think that the administration is better, because it focuses in a general way, although the management has an important function but has more responsibility the administration.
